Your Role

As Marketing & Sales Representative at Flash Pathology, you will play a key role in building our market presence and supporting commercial growth. You will work at the intersection of marketing and sales: translating complex medical technology into clear, compelling messaging while actively supporting the sales process from first contact through order confirmation. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring a professional and consistent brand presence across all channels. This is a role in a fast-growing MedTech scale-up, offering substantial responsibility and the opportunity to make visible, meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and continuously update the website and social media channels with relevant content (product information, company updates, white papers, news etc.).

  • Create and manage marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Plan, coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising, webinars, and trade shows.

  • Collect and follow up on sales leads using a CRM system.

  • Coordinate and support product demonstrations with prospective customers.

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.

  • Review incoming orders and sales contracts and prepare and send order acknowledgements.

What You Bring

  • Experience in marketing and/or sales roles, preferably within MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or another related field.

  • Degree (MBO/HBO/WO) in Biomedical Engineering or similar.

  • The ability to communicate complex technical or medical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead management.

  • Flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on mindset suited to a fast-paced scale-up.

  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills (English required; Dutch is a plus).

  • Willingness to travel occasionally, mainly within Europe.

What We Offer

  • A pivotal role in bringing breakthrough histology solutions to the market

  • A dynamic, purpose-driven culture within an innovative and fast-growing start-up

  • A small international team, where you’ll make significant contributions

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience

As a start-up, we know that learning on the job is part of the journey so if you don’t meet every requirement, but are enthusiastic about the role and our mission, we still encourage you to apply.

Candidates must have a valid work permit as Flash Pathology is not recognized as a sponsor with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND).
